It is only a 7-min drive to the River Run ski lodge, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley Lodge/resort. Two lrg bdrms (w/small child-sized sofa bed) offer plenty of room for a quick weekend, or a longer get-away! NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

It has a balcony with an incredible view overlooking our pasture, horses, and Star Valley. We are a 5 minute drive to Alpine. We are also minutes away from the Snake, Salt, and Grey's Rivers along with several National Forests including Bridger Teton and Targhee. We are surrounded by numerous summer and winter outdoor activities.

Our view is one of the best in Boise with sunsets and mountains. We have 2 indoor wood burning fireplaces and each main room has big TVs with Netflix. A lot of space in the back yard. Two car garage with driveway and street parking. 20 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from the airport, and down the street from Boise Ranch Golf Course
