Located in the historic & completely restored 100+ yr old IOOF Lodge (2015) you will feel like you're staying in something right out of an Old West movie, but with all of the modern conveniences of today. Situated just across the street from Jackson Hot Springs (noted in Lewis & Clark's journal in July, 1806) it may be rented by the individual room or as a whole for private groups/families. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and guys/girls getaways.

Grand Historic Grabow “Lake” 1 BR (31)

Welcome to the historic Grabow hotel building (1908) in the heart of downtown Livingston, MT. Lake is a 1BR that sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable queen pullout couch in the LR (advise us to prep it if needed). Two sets of stairs. Charming LR w/ sunny mountain view, full dine-in kitchen, bathroom, and use of our pretty side garden. The Grabow is in the heart of the place of which Anthony Bourdain said, "This might well just be the most awesome place on earth!"

The Hummingbird Room at the Dusty Rose Inn

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place, the Hummingbird Room at the Dusty Rose Inn. It is a very light, bright, and comfortable room tucked back in an upstairs corner of the Dusty Rose Inn all bit itself, complete with a white, wrought iron bed, closet, couch, and TV. It does use the upstairs shared bathroom (cast iron tub), just outside its door, or the downstairs shared bathroom (shower). The windows shine brightly and hummingbirds can be seen occasionally flying outside.

The Riverside provides a incredible, up close experience of the Salmon River right off the deck while enjoying the ambiance of real log cabin living. This unit (ground level) features two comfy queen beds, satellite TV, kitchenette with all the dishes and cookware, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a grill on the porch. The bathrooms are a tub/shower. Please note that there will be an additional city option tax of 2.5% of the total cost of the reservation.

Honeymoon Suite @ The Prospector Motel

This motel was built in the early seventies and went out of commission years ago. A major remodel brings a careful overhaul of modern touches mixed with a mountain vibe, this place is unlike any other you might find in the little town of Idaho City. You are booking for Unit 1. It sits on the lower front of the property. This spot offers a table for 2, full kitchen, dresser, sofa, Television, Air conditioner, claw-foot tub and a King sized mattress. This space is large and cozy.

Easy accessibility to the area's activities brings our guests back, year after year. The Cowboy Village is only 15 minutes from Grand Teton National Park. Yellowstone National Park is a spectacular hour's drive along the Teton Range. Complete with an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, and meeting space. Join us at the Cowboy Village Resort! Note: there is no elevator accessibility in these suites. Guests must use one flight of stairs to access the rooms.

This rustically beautiful two-bedroom King Suite has all the comforts of home. With a fully equipped kitchen, a large luxurious bathroom, and a spacious, yet cozy floor plan. Enjoy the richness of a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed with a queen-size sofa bed in the other. This unit is sure to have everything needed to make your stay perfect! This is a pet free home. You will be charged a $1000 fine if you bring a pet into this home.

Across the street from The Gateway convenience store. Short walk to child friendly, Winchester Kitchen and Bar, good food and beverage, also to Winchester Lake State Park where you can rent canoes, paddle boards, fish, hike, bird watch, until your heart's content.
