Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Made from the ground up is a brand new tiny house with unique accent, pine ceilings and all new appliances. The cozy, memorable house features a full size bed on the first floor. FULLY FURNISHED. The bathroom is ornately made with floral waterfall tile work and a sink found at one of Prescott's downtown. This tiny house is specially made with LOVE by an artist!
