The apartment is in our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården. A well-designed 27 sqm apartment featuring a main room with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for three. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and storage shelves. Guests have full access to the apartment, including free WiFi, bedding, towels, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, coffee, and tea. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is ongoing construction in the area, but the work is scheduled for regular work hours on weekdays.

Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.
