Springtide Suite is a spacious apartment (1,100sq ft!) that occupies the ground floor of our home located just outside city limits, 17 miles from Tybee and 15-20 minutes from the downtown Historic District. It sleeps six with 1 official bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 other twin beds and a bunk bed are located in more open common area. Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), large bathroom ( shower only) including laundry room. 3 car parking area directly in front of the Airbnb!

Private pool open all year with outdoor kitchen. Heat pool up to 88 degrees for $50 a day. Just 15 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the beach, the home is part of a bird sanctuary and waterfront community. The private community boat ramp is across the street and at the end of the block giving you easy access to the Vernon River. Bring your kayaks, canoes or motorboats and explore the salt marsh and barrier islands of Coastal Georgia after sightseeing in beautiful Historic Savannah.

We rent the bottom floor of our vacation home - it has its own separate entrances. 900 foot dock to walk to the river to fish, look for porpoises or go crabbing. Watch the herons and egrets in the marsh at low tide.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly and centrally located home base. Nicely furnished and fully renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home for play or work in a Duplex brick building. Conveniently located 10 miles South from Historic Savannah Downtown via Harry Truman Parkway which is down the street. 30 minutes drive to Tybee Island (beach) or Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.
