Casa do Forno - Quinta Velha

Quinta Velha, meaning “old farm”, lies in a private forest between Sintra’s old town and the historic monuments perched on the mountain top. In 2020 a significant multi-year renovation project was completed, converting the old stables and summer residence into a modern private family home, deeply respecting all existing historic features. A century old chapel with unique panels of traditional hand-painted tiles and fountain add to the beauty of the natural setting.

One of the four Ocean Casitas, at the very top of the whitewashed fishermen's village of Azenhas do Mar with a large private terrace right to the edge of the cliff.
