Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

Terraquina is set in peaceful rolling hills 10 minutes from historic Silves. This lovingly restored contemporary open plan spacious house with terraces and a pool, modern kitchen and high beamed ceilings. A special place to relax with stunning views across the valley and the hills. The house comes with free WiFi and aircondition in the living area and all the bedrooms, which serve for both cooling and heating the house.

The building is located on the first line of Praia da Rocha, one step away from the vast beach. On this avenue you can find all the amenities without taking the car from the park, such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, nightlife, casino. The apartment is on the 11th floor, which provides a fantastic view of the beach and avoids any street noise. It is a few minutes from the center of Portimão.
