My solar powered home is in a Transit Oriented Community (TOC) which means you can get around this area without a car. I rent out the guest suite in the back half of my house which has a private entrance & furnished outdoor space. I’ve been on Airbnb for 10+ years with over 100 five star reviews. I love doing this.

While we want you to feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Laundry! This cozy apartment, located in Silver Lake, has it’s own parking space. It’s minutes away from most major attractions. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is 8 minutes away, and Dodger Stadium and Downtown Los Angeles are 10 minutes away, to name just a few. It’s a perfect space for a single traveler or a couple on a getaway. The interior is enhanced with numerous windows allowing for plenty of light and breezes. There is a dog in the back house, behind the fence,who barks but is not dangerous.
