Enjoy huge views from our porch of the Black Range, Chino Mine and distant Mexican sierras. Playground across the street, views from La Capilla at the end of our block, Boston Hill hiking and biking right above us and only a short walk to downtown Silver! Our ideal location offers you both privacy & proximity.

Carriage House Cottage

This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

Visit our downtown district area with local shops, restaurants, and art galleries only 3 miles away and our historic Pinos Altos where great food, hiking, and biking is happening all year around. High speed internet, Comcast cable, 70 inch TV, well equipped kitchen, and two car garage.

This humble home is a classic adobe with brick floors throughout. A passive solar wall of windows provides amazing light and warmth throughout the day in the main room. Located 15 minutes from downtown Silver City, enjoy peace & quiet with a view of the Burro Mountains, while just minutes from town. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the porch as you ease into your day, or drinks as your watch the sunset over tbe mountains. We do allow well behaved dogs, we don't currently allow cats to stay.

Tranquil cabin at Salt Creek Ranch in the Gila National Forest. Comfy King bed, full kitchen, and a covered porch with views of horse pastures and beautiful mature trees that grow along Sapillo Creek (runs through the property). See creek crossing note... may need 4WD. Backs up to millions of acres of public land to hike or ride for hours. Surrounded by wildlife, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, deer, and more. The Walton - Your home away from home - 1930s Apt

The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. Apartment 2 is a fully-furnished one bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room and two large closet units with high-speed WiFi internet and cable on two roku-equipped TVs The heat is central via original steam radiators. Private keyless entry. This is a quiet complex in a quiet neighborhood.

Cozy Cottage

Cozy cottage: a vintage home with lush furnishings. Original architectural details such as phone nook, cast iron soaking tub, coved ceilings, combine with modern amenities including a leather sofa, decorative gas flame stove and a fully appointed cook's kitchen complete with upgraded gas range and dish washer. Located in the historic district a 5 minute walk to downtown.

College District Art House * Patio * Sleeps 5

Stay in the unique Art House in the WNMU College District! An easy drive or 15-minute walk to downtown Silver City, this home is completely remodeled with an updated cottage kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Two beautiful, well-appointed bedrooms are perfect for couples traveling together or families. A fifth person can be accommodated on the oversized couch.

Country Home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the country. Enjoy gazing at the stars and watching the wildlife. If you enjoy the outdoors we are within 4 miles of hiking and riding trails. We are located at the foothills of the Gila National Forest and the Aldo Leopold Wilderness where you can enjoy many trails that are available for hiking and riding.

The Swan st Cottage

Our quaint, simple little place is located exactly in the middle of Silver City. It was our family’s first home for 10+ years. Local Artists sell their Art in the home. The hospital and track are near by. We have had the same great, but very close neighbors for over 15 years who watch out for each other. The traffic can be busy on weekdays around 8am and 5pm.

Heart & Wings Retreat: Hummingbird (1stFlr)

Two friendly dogs will welcome you to this serene and comfortable retreat center. This is one of three fully self-contained rental units under the same roof. Ideal as a base to explore the town or the Gila wilderness. Rooms are colorfully decorated and wildlife is abundant. Hike from the house or relax on the front porch. We welcome guests age 13 and above.

Pinos Altos Cottage on Cont Divide

On Continental Divide at 7K ft. in small mountain community of Pinos Altos ( 7 miles to Silver City), the newly constructed, fully furnished cottage offers elegant passive-solar (warm in winter, cool in summer) getaway on edge of Gila Forest. Well behaved, well groomed dogs are welcome with $20 per night pet fee ($100 weekly) payable during stay.
