Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

A charming brand new studio apartment in a family house that is located directly on the beach. Here you'll enjoy the peaceful surrounding, a charming garden with Mediterranean herbs, and the barbecue area with the lounge, while having possibility to walk to the beach in front of the house literally in your swimsuit. An ideal vacation spot for the couples or friends, while baby bed can be provided upon request. The studio is located in the backyard of the house, and has the private entrance.

Everything you need on your vacation in Sibenik is near our apartment; restaurants, monuments, beach, a bus station, ferry station... so you can easily explore Dalmatia and feel the soul of our old town. Apartment is situatetd on the ground floor of historical stone house. It's really cool, so you won't need air condition in your summer home (but we have one, don't worry)

Parking, which is a 7-minute walk away, is 0.40/hour, daily is 6.40. Free parking is 12-15 minutes walk away. Reservations for 7 days have parking paid for by the owner in the 2 zone (the place is not specified, but the entire zone 2 will be paid for, so find it wherever you want.

The beach Banj is 5 min by car/20 min by walking, there you have free parking space. From beach Banj is 10 min walk to the center. Supermarket is 5 min by car, also small shop & bakery are 5 min walking from house.

This little place is located in the city centre, on the top, 5th floor building without elevator. ...but its worth of climbing, the view is stunning. Rosa is apartment 47m2+private balcony 4m2 in the building with a view on the sea channel. Apartment is on the 2nd floor (if you need to get luggage and bags I'll help, and carry them up for you) from center old town walking distance 15-20 minute. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). All furniture is made of the natural materials, linen, towels and the rest canavas are made of cotton.
