Home Away from Home!

This home is super clean, cozy, and well equipped with too many amenities to list. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An open design between kitchen/living room and a big private deck provides space to bring everyone together . Located in a private lot in a great community and is perfect for up to 10 guests. Everything sanitized/cleaned/UV air cleaner between guests and electronic air filter as well. Close to the Edmonds ferry, this daylight basement space with a view of the Puget Sound is light and airy, with a full fireplace, living room, separate bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, private patio & firepit, small "kitchen" area with limited cooking equipment, and private separate entrance. Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.
