It is a great location as the village has a shop, Leisure Centre, Harbour and Marina, play park and is a 5 minute walk to the fantastic ‘Michael’s Wood’. This award winning woodland and trail was planted by family in memory of our cousin and so is a really special place for us which we hope you will enjoy.

Ulsta Chalet with stunning views

The white, wooden two bedroom bungalow is situated in Ulsta where the inter- island ferry arrives in Yell and departs for Toft on the Mainland. There are stunning views over Yell Sound and beautiful sunsets can be seen from the lounge and kitchen windows. The front bedroom has one double bed and one single. The back bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed. Washing machine and outside drying line. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is ample parking and a garden.

Newhall Cottage

Newhall Cottage is a traditional Shetland croft house which has been refurbished to the highest standard. The cottage is situated on the island of Bressay and has stunning views over the harbour to Lerwick. Set in a peaceful location on its own with garden and nearby mail beach which is a two minute stroll along a single track road makes our cottage the perfect lace to relax and unwind while on holiday in Shetland. The cottage is only 7 minutes by ferry from Shetlands Capital Lerwick.

East Biggins crofthouse Papa Stour

East Biggins is perfectly situated on the island of Papa Stour with panoramic views of Shetlands rugged west coastline, The Island of Foula can also be seen in the distance and the aurora on a clear night. Although isolated, This cottage is cosy and the perfect place to explore this beautiful Island, full of nature at its best with thirty miles of beaches,caves,cliffs,seals,birds and otters and if you are really lucky you may see the Orca pass by in the sound of Papa from the cottage.

Bothy Be Wast

Really get away from it all in this unique secluded bothy tucked away on the west coast of the Whiteness peninsula on the shore of the beautiful Stromness Voe. Take a 5-10min stroll over the hill and down to the bothy nestled among reeds on the shore to feel a thousand miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 4 persons with power supplied via 240V battery power pack. Drinking water will be supplied and shower/sink supply will be topped up as required.

Conveniently situated near the village of Brae, easy driving distance to anywhere in Shetland. Our cosy cottage is deceptively spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms., kitchen/diner, lounge area, shower room, decking area and large parking area. Small pets are welcome, as long as they are house trained, and you tidy up after them.

Welcome to my beautiful cottage in Unst. The cottage has a lot of history behind it and used to be owned by the poet Jackie Renwick. It's a birdwatcher's paradise with two sycamore trees, bush cover and a wildlife pond. See below for a list of interesting birds. Birds of interest spotted in Cameron Cottage garden: Spotted flycatcher, pied flycatcher, redstart, yellow-browed warbler, barred warbler, water rail, snow bunting and tree sparrow.
