A small patio with picnic table to enjoy the views and sunsets over Foula and outer isles and just admire Atlantic rollers.

Banks Cottage has undergone an extensive refurbishment, retaining the character of the original building but adding all the comforts of modern living. The Peerie Neuk is a sustainably built tiny eco home with all the comforts of a cosy house just a bit tinier! There is a double bed and fold out sofa, suitable for one adult or two children. There’s is a small kitchen with hob, kettle and little fridge (large enough for two bottles of prosecco 🤣). There is a wood burning stove with oven. The oven will keep things warm. There’s on demand hot water, shower and compost toilet.

Well appointed apartment situated in the historical conservation area in the centre of Lerwick - a stone's throw from Commercial Street which is the main shopping area of the town with numerous cafes, bars and restaurants and only 100m from the busy picturesque harbour and esplanade.
