Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

Relax with the whole family at this little peace of heaven on earth. For the family, a hunting, fishing, or golfing trip. We have everything you may want for a nice little getaway! Guest will also have access to water toys at an additional service charge of $100 per stay. This includes 2 kayaks 1 paddle board. Life jackets are required on the lake. Take in the gorgeous lakeside sunsets with a camp fire or grilling on the back patio. Inside, enjoy a gourmet kitchen, fireplace, record player, luxury linens and more.

This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system. Not far from Annandale or Maple Lake . 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.

Our Studio

Welcome to Big Lake/Monticello! Our one bedroom studio is fully equipped for your stay. Private screen porch, separate, private entrance, full kitchen and bath. Ample parking. We provide a few light breakfast items such as coffee, juice, milk, muffins, bagels, and fruit. We will re-supply coffee, tea, bottled water. After one week, paper products are your responsibility *note: Minnesota weather is unpredictable. No guarantee porch is “open”until May 1.

Rush Lake is connected to Julia and Briggs approx 1000 acre of lake to cruise on the included pontoon with your stay! There is no pontoon or dock with winter rates. Sleeps 6. If pontoon were to break and not be available , deduction of 75 $ per day of stay will be deducted as when renting out stuff, it does happen.
