Second bedroom has additional set of bunks with double on bottom. There is an outside shower. For boaters and fishermen, there is room to park your boat and it’s about 500 yards from a public marina!

Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.
