We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. Small but quaint with queen bed, private bath, sitting area, kitchenette and outdoor area. Free Shuttle and walking path 1 block away.

Our Greenhouse Suites building has four water-view rooms, with a shared backyard deck, campfire ring, kitchen, picnic table & BBQ. Forest Suite is located on the second floor with a king bed in the main bedroom, plus a queen cabinet bed in the loft common area, a private en-suite bathroom, and a coffee bar. Perfect for groups of up to 4 (or small families).

A single private unit located downstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit.
