Very quiet villa with garden and pool to relax

It is a quiet one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows in the center of the village of Seville, Burguillos, just 25 minutes drive to the beautiful Andalusian capital. It offers a large green garden, covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, with fruit trees and an ecological kitchen garden. It is a perfect choice for a beautiful holiday full of rest and relaxation after long walking tours. It is a comfortable one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows. Has three bedrooms. It offers a veranda and a large green garden, which is covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, for cooling down on hot summer days, with fruit trees (grapes, oranges, plums or pears will be available for you) and an ecological kitchen garden, sun loungers, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. The villa is fully furnished and well equipped. It has a spacious living room and dining room. The living room includes a large screen TV and international channels and there is free WIFI throughout the entire property. The villa is rented complete. I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me. The villa is located in the heart of the village with all amenities. Burguillos has about 6.000 inhabitants, and therefore, it has all the services at its disposal, including many bars and restaurants that can be walked from the house, which is located right in the center of the village. Buses are available every day to the capital.

Ideal para desconectar de la ciudad, y darse un "baño de naturaleza". Situado en una finca cerrada de 12 hectáreas de bosque mediterráneo, con encinas, alcornoques y quejigos entre los que pasear se convertirá en una experiencia única y relajante. La cabaña consta de todas las comodidades y está perfectamente equipada.

A unos 25 kilómetros del centro de Sevilla, combina la tranquilidad del campo con la cercanía a la ciudad. La casa se encuentra dentro de una finca de naranjos, con 10 Hectareas de extensión, completamente cerrada para la tranquilidad y privacidad de sus residentes.

Cool down in the pool, grill your favorite meals, and soak in the incredible scenery right from our backyard. Come and experience the simple pleasures of life in our little corner of Andalucia. Please note; our place is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years old.

Panoramic cabin a short walk from the village

Typical Andalusian mountain country house that has recently been renovated. Isolated, but only 1km from the village, at its feet runs the greenway, an old railway line that links the three mountain ranges (Sevilla Sur, Grazalema and Ronda) and that has been recovered for active tourism. In the old station, just a few metres from the farm, you can enjoy the local cuisine, after a fresh morning discovering the trails of the valley.

Chimenea de leña en el interior. Tiene una gran piscina con plataformas y escalones, ideal para que puedan jugar los niños sin peligro y tumbarse los adultos. Barbacoa de gas junto a la piscina y aire acondicionado centralizado.

Beautiful Country House Near Sevilla

Beautiful country house away from the noise of the city. It is wonderful to spend summer evenings on any of its porches, in the large pool area or under the shade of its trees. Insertable fireplace with wood oven and heating. It is a house designed for life in nature. Fruit trees and chicken coop. that you can eat . 20 minutes from Seville by motorway. Exterior lighting. Privacy. All-terrain vehicle recommended but not essential.

Santa Clara is the foremost country house within the fertile plain surrounding Carmona. Together with Éjica and Osuna, Carmona is amongst the three most beautiful and important Romanesque villages of the province of Seville. With its amphitheatre and Roman necropolis; churches, palaces and convents this historical town constitutes one of the most astonishing and noble places in Europe that is, indeed, a privilege to visit.

Ideal for cycling and walking ALL year round. We are also 15 minutes drive from regular train service to Malaga central.. Good for couples and solo adventurers.

Welcome to our guesthouse. Living room/dining room, two bedrooms (⚠️ the master bedroom is accessible by crossing the bedroom with two single beds), bathroom, and a kitchen equipped for preparing light meals. Separate access, large shaded terrace just steps from the pool. Carmona is 8 km away, Seville 20 minutes, and Córdoba 1 hour. We exclusively welcome tourists, in a spirit of tranquility and respect for the place.
