It's perfect for couples and close friends, with 2 dedicated bedrooms and a cozy living room. **12 y/o and above only due to safety concerns!** Explore the property, visit the pond, and walk trails looping around the 15 acre field and through acres of stunning PNW forest.

Located in a quiet and safe rural neighborhood just minutes from the famous John Wayne Marina and the stunning sunset at The Spit . Take a long nice walk to Discovery Trail and enjoy the Skyridge golf Course on your way back. Minutes away from restaurants and close to Hurricane Ridge ,Victoria Canada Ferry terminal. Come home to a spacious , immaculate space with the most comfortable queen size bed . Fully functioning /stocked kitchen. FYI: no street lights if you arrive after sunset

The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

It also has a full kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and a living room that includes an air mattress sofa/sleeper. It sits on a five-acre lot with private access to the Olympic Discovery Trail for your biking and hiking pleasure. You can use us as a base to explore the Olympic Peninsula and Olympic National Park. The Dungeness River Nature Center is within easy walking distance.

If you prefer the scenic route take a right out of our drive way into the backroads of Sequim where you'll find a range of nature views like our personal favorites "Cline Spit" or the "Voice of America".
