De 3 rum er adskilt og alle 3 med indgang fra terrassen, således at man skal ud af hvert rum for at komme ind i det næste. Det varme vand kommer fra 30 liters vandvarmer. Der er brændeovn og varmepumpe (el-varme afregnes med 50 kr i døgnet)

Tiny beach house with sauna

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Kære gæster. Velkommen til sommerhuset fra 2021, der opfylder alle behov for en skøn ferie året rundt med ro, skønhed, natur, sandstrand, gåture og sol. Huset er beliggende i et bakket istidslandskab i 40 meters højde på en smukt beplantet og solbeskinnet grund, hvor rådyrene besøger grunden tidlig morgen, og når solen går ned i Sejerøbugten, og fuglekvidderen forstummer, når mørket falder på. Fra grunden kan man skimte havet, og der er en kort gåtur til den fantastiske stenfri sandstrand.

Just over 1 hour away from Copenhagen, rests a little cabin on a hill. Here you will find yourself in one of Denmark's UNESCO areas with a formidable and unspoilt view of the beautiful Sejerøbugt. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen/living room that leads out onto a natural wooden deck. Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

A lovely holiday home with sea view and only 200 meters to the beach. The house is furnished as we wish to have a summer house. Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna, and a smaller with shower. The house is big enough for two families. Look forward to a relaxing stay in great nature!

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

2 minutes to the beach, 2 meters to the forrest

Cozy and nice summer house (79 sqr. meters). Close proximity to the beach and the forrest. Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. Large southern terrace with lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun, nature and the silence. The living room has a woodturning stove with windows, as well as a heating pump and air conditioning. The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Super hyggeligt sommerhus beliggende 250m fra lækker børnevenlig sandstrand. Huset ligger i gåafstand til Nykøbing Sjælland hvor der ligger gode spisesteder og dagligvarebutikker. Huset har en dejlig ugeneret terrasse med grill, havemøbler, terrassevarmer og bålfad, til de skønne sommeraftener. Grunden ligger på en stille vej op til et lille stykke skov men med en pæn plan græsplæne til havespil. Der er 2 cykler til fri afbenyttelse og kun 6 km til hyggelige Rørvig.
