Let's make ravioli!
In the time we'll spend together, we'll be making fresh dough, starting from the basics: eggs, flour and salt. Then we'll roll it out and fill it to create beautiful pasta that will wow your guests at your next dinner party! If you are a party of one, please inquire before booking, as you will enjoy it best with others. If you don't see a time that works for you, look for the "creative ravioli" experience to see if any spots are available there, or contact me directly on here and we can try to find a solution! Other things to note At the end of the class, you'll be able to cook what you make and eat it there! Bring a camera, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Cannot accommodate gluten-intolerance, sorry!
Forest hike to Twin and Snoqualmie Falls
This half day tour is a combination of a moderate 2-hour hike (also a few inclines for five minutes) to the Twin Falls and a visit to an historic logging town, Snoqualmie, located next to the famous Snoqualmie Falls, which we view, as well. I will pick you up in downtown Seattle and drive eastward for about 30 minutes until we arrive at the trailhead. We will hike in old growth forest along Snoqualmie River to Twin Falls and the Upper Falls, which is a beautiful cascade of waterfalls. After the hike we will drive through North Bend, where the diner from the popular tv show "Twin Peaks" is located, to the historic logging town of Snoqualmie. The locomotives of the time are still on the railroad tracks and the old depot from the year 1890 is in use till this day. Then we go to the Snoqualmie Falls of 270 feet - followed by Borst Lake, where Mount Si is reflected in the often still lake - and then drive back to downtown Seattle.
Photoshoot in Pike Place Market
***24 HOUR EDITING!*** We'll jump into the vibrant and historic Pike Place Market. This is a MUST SEE area for visitors! We'll take pictures at the legendary "Public Market Center" sign, the Gum Wall, and explore the market for more picture-worthy hotspots! Want a sneak peek of what photos will look like? Follow me on social media at "Cameron Thomsen Photography". I will be snapping shots during our excursion to capture every moment of your fun-filled experience! If there are multiple people or families in the group, we will rotate in and out to make sure everyone gets pictures in each location! If you want a private shoot, you should be able to book on a PC/Mac. If not, message me and we can figure it out :) At the end, you'll end up with around 25-30 edited* pictures(per person) sent digitally. These pictures will be full resolution. You will NEED an email address to receive the pictures! I take the pictures and my wife edits them. *(Unedited/RAW will not be sent) ***Up to 10 people can book per hour so don't be shy, you may be meeting some new friends!*** Other things to note Bring a jacket and sunscreen. You may need both as Seattle's weather can change drastically. We will shoot regardless of weather. Up to 10 people can book per hour, so be ready to make some friends!
Night Photoshoot in Pike Place Market
BEFORE YOU BOOK: Please take a look at my example images so you know what style of pictures to expect. We'll jump into the vibrant and historic Pike Place Market AFTER HOURS! This is a MUST SEE area for visitors! We'll be walking through the market to see my personal favorite 'Instagram-able' hotspots! I will be using my professional camera to take portraits at night to take advantage of the neon lights and sunset! 24 HOUR EDITING so you can post to social media quickly! Want a sneak peek of what photos will look like? Follow me on social media at "Cameron Thomsen Photography". Most shoots are shorter than an hour. Usually shoots are closer to 40 minutes, but times can vary depending on the number of people that book. I recommend keeping the entire hour free in case it does end up taking the full hour. If there are multiple people in the group, we will rotate in and out to make sure everyone gets pictures at each location! If you want a private shoot, you can book on a PC/Mac. You'll end up with a minimum of 40 edited* pictures(per person) sent digitally. These pictures will be full resolution. You will NEED an email address to receive the pictures! *(Unedited/RAW will not be sent) **Up to 5 people can book per hour so don't be shy, you may be meeting some new friends!** Other things to note Keep in mind that this is a group experience and others can book at the same time as you unless you specifically book a private shoot. Price is per person, so if you are a family of 3, book for 3. Couples book for 2 people even if all pictures are together.

Chef Tour of Pike Place Market
We will take you on a culinary tasting adventure of Pike Place Market. We will be stopping at 9 different artisanal vendors; learning about local production and tasting your way through the flavors of the Northwest. Other things to note: The tour takes place rain or shine. Please email if you have dietary restrictions. Not all of our routes stop at the same places in Pike Place! We do book private tours for 9-15 people. Please direct message us to learn more. Our team also conducts a, more off the beaten path, tour on Fridays and Saturdays of South Lake Union. There are small bites over many stops and limited places to sit down. This experience requires a medium physical fitness level due to hills, stairs and uneven terrain. We do cover some distance and the market is crowded during the Summer. Lastly, due to our tight schedule and wanting to show you as much of the market during a short time, we don't have time to shop during the tour. We encourage you to come back after the tour with your discount card to make purchases.

Join us on this walking and tasting tour of the Capitol Hill neighborhood, a haven of Seattle’s best coffee joints! Capitol Hill is one of Seattle’s most vibrant neighborhoods, known for its food and drink scene, nightlife, and, of course, its diversity of coffee shops. We may even get to try a Seattle original which will please your taste buds with chocolatey and zesty flavors. Along the way, you’ll hear about Seattle’s counterculture and legendary music scene, which go hand-in-hand with coffee culture. We’ll pass by historic music venues as well as plenty of places your guide can recommend to eat, drink, and play following the tour.
