We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

A mid-century design inspired cabin nestled on one of the most secluded coves of the Northern Oregon Coast between Cannon Beach and Manzanita. It's a luscious ocean getaway surrounded by Oswald West State Park and it's only 1.5hrs from the city of Portland. What you'll love: the quiet setting, the roar of the ocean, the peaceful cedar cabin, deep soaking tub, outdoor shower, the danish wood stove, napping in the hammock, nearby surfing, amazing hiking trails along the Oregon Coast Trail!

Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. My second floor, pet-friendly studio is located in a small (15-unit) property at the quiet, north end of Seaside's famous Promenade, 'the Prom'. A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit... or in your vehicle, ty!

Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.

South Columbia Cottage

South Columbia Cottage is the quintessential beach cottage that serves as the perfect backdrop for your memorable coastal vacation. Lovingly renovated in 2021, our cozy get-away is only two blocks from the beach and three from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Broadway. Toast marshmallows on the secluded deck, take a sunset stroll on the Prom, lounge in bed with the latest bestseller, and explore the northern Oregon coast from our family get away.

The property has an onsite office which makes check in/out a breeze- they'll also supply you with lots of info and discounts for local area attractions, shopping, and dining! No Pets are not allowed.
