This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat features a unique design with natural wood walls and a modern black ceiling, creating a quiet and grounded environment. As a separate unit, it offers full privacy for a self-managed stay. We designed this space for comfort and independence, making it the perfect home base for your visit. Comfortable 1930's Yachat's cottage located within walking distance to the ocean and art galleries. Back yard backs up to the Botanical Gardens. One mile from downtown area with coffee shop, bakeries, brewery and restaurants. No Pet Fees, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.

The Carriage House at Dragons Cove

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.

Welcome to The Seal Cove. Relax and rejuvenate.

The Seal Cove is a cozy ground level/bottom floor retreat with a hot tub & views of the Siuslaw River from your private backyard. There is an efficiency kitchenette & small bath. High tide you can watch the seals frolicking in the cove. At low tide you can see the seals sunbathing on the sand bar just past the cove (this is how Seal Cove derived its name).

Charming Old Town historic transformation. Home was built in early 1900s, and owners have created a unique space true to it's history but with all the modern comfort. Short walk to Bay Street, with restaurants and shopping and river viewing. Two blocks from the Florence Events Center.
