Set on a working farm, this tiny house has everything you need for a relaxing getaway and accommodates families including those of the four-legged variety. Twin bedroom with sofa bed on ground level, then steps up to mezzanine with king size bed. With fantastic views of the Campsie, Fintry and Trossach hills, this cabin provides a welcome escape to the countryside. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the cabin or take a short trip into the nearby villages to enjoy scenic walks, and lovely pub food.

Having travelled extensively in a previous life and taken great pleasure in meeting people from all walks, I have specifically tried to make this wee cabin as comfortable as possible with the things that matter the most when you are travelling, a fabulous shower, an ultra comfortable bed and a lovely big TV, all the rest is a bonus and aimed at making your stay as stress free as possible. The Shipping Container, Springwell

An ‘Amazing Spaces’ inspired shipping container conversion, set in a peaceful secluded wildlife friendly garden, at the foot of the Pennine hills. The container is a 5 minute walk from the picturesque Talkin village which has a friendly pub serving food. A woodburning stove (logs supplied) ensures the container stays cosy in all weathers. It makes an excellent base to explore Hadrian's Wall, the North Lakes and the Eden Valley.. or a perfect stop off point on your way to or from Scotland.

Am Fuaran , Isle of Iona, The perfect small space.

Am Fuaran Isle of Iona Am Fuaran is situated in Iona Village, beside the Argyll Hotel. Long ago Islanders had Summer houses where people stayed during the holiday season to allow guests to stay in their main residence. Am Fuaran was such a building which has had various tenants over the last few decades. It makes an ideal Summer Bothy. It is a tin building with a concrete floor and although not luxurious it is cosy. It is the perfect private space for a single person or couple.

The Smoke House Cabin

You may recognise the cabin from New Lives In The Wild With Ben Fogle who spent a week here. We hope like him, you'll love the tranquility it offers. We made the cabin from a used 20ft shipping container. It’s off grid with simple 12 volt lighting, no WiFi. There’s board games, a wood burning stove, large bed, hot outdoor shower & indoor compost loo. Situated 1/5 mile down a private forest track, surrounded by nature. Leave the hustle & bustle behind & come switch off. Sorry, no dogs

The Fox Den

The Fox Den is situated on our family farm in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Using recycled shipping containers that used to store our sheep feed during the winters we have renovated them to create a beautiful country retreat. Relax and unwind in this unique space with panoramic views of the trossachs from the roof terrace. Set amongst 30 acres of native Scottish woodland with walkways and only 1/2km from the River Forth, there’s no better place to enjoy rural Stirlingshire.
