Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. There is a horse arena in front and at times you can watch !

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Pa’s Place is named in honor of the man who once lived here & has Western decor to reflect his love of TV Westerns. The perfect size for a getaway or overnight stay. It’s quiet & just far enough away from the main highway to allow you to relax & get away from it all.
