Summit View is a comfortable two bedroom lower unit situated on the west side of Seneca Lake offering spectacular views. It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. The two bedroom lower unit comes with modern appliances, tv, wifi, and a patio.

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Quiet country home 2 min. from Watkins Glen Race Track with ample parking for truck/trailer makes it perfect for track days! 10 min. to Watkins. Also in the Finger Lakes Wine Trail region. Visit the village of Watkins for the excellent bars, eateries, and shops. Watkins Glen State park offers the Gorge to hike and sight see. Sugar Hill State Forest has miles of hiking trails, hunting, horseback riding, etc. Watkins is at the south end of Seneca lake where you can kayak, swim, boat, and fish.
