The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Gamlestova på Juv

Juv er mye mer enn bare hus og seng! Gamlestova var det opprinnelige gårdshuset og har samme fantastiske utsikt som Juvsøyna på Juv og Gamletunet på Juv. Fra himmelsenga i stua kan man våkne til soloppgangen og er man heldig følge en turistbåt på veg til Olden med øynene. Om kvelden kan man fyre i ovnen, kjenne den gode varmen, lese en god bok og sovne til lyset av flammene og lyden fra vedovnen like ved. NB!
