Ursprünglich als Familienvilla eines Textilfabrikanten errichtet, bewahrt das Gebäude bis heute seine prächtige Fassade. Die aufwendige Restaurierung erfolgte mit dem Anspruch, Tradition und Eleganz zu erhalten, ohne auf moderne Standards zu verzichten.
