The room is perfect - a break in style is not even possible. You'll see! The Dining Area - Fantastic & Surprising The large dining table with a tree edge finish stands securely on black 'U' legs. But it has to, because this is going to be your new favorite spot. The large skylight breaks up the gorgeous tent ceiling and lets in plenty of light. This is aided by the ten small dwarf windows that surround the bay-shaped dining area on three sides. This part of the room also has an absolutely timeless flair, where the impossible seems possible. Be sure to check out the treasures of the fire hydrant on a regular basis (please open carefully) - it will certainly not be to your detriment. The sleeping area - single & double The separate sleeping area completes the furnishings of the first room. Two comfortable box-spring beds invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The Living/Dining Area - Bright & Friendly - Stylish & Comfortable The second guest room is less enchanted, but just as comfortable. The large windows let in plenty of daylight even when the sky is overcast, and - especially on gray days - give you the feeling of being high up on a cloud. If you prefer something a little more realistic, you can keep up with what's going on with us little earthlings on the big Samsung Smart TV, thanks to free Wi-Fi. And if things get too hot, the built-in air conditioning will cool you down quickly. The beautiful white sofa is the perfect place to watch TV, read or just relax. The dining set with a high table and four large stools is the perfect addition to the room. Just watching the light play on the wood can lead to the most amazing discoveries. You really have to try it :-) Now we come to one of the undisputed highlights: The Sleeping Area - Perfect & Irresistible This wonderfully comfortable box spring bed is 1.60 meters wide and offers the ultimate feel-good experience. Direkt nach Verlassen des Hauses steht ihr auf dem historischen Marktplatz der Welterbestadt und könnt Stadt und Umgebung zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erkunden. In direkter Umgebung steht ein kostenfreier abschließbarer Parkplatz ebenso zur Verfügung wie alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Der wunderschöne Harz freut sich auf euch!

Liebevoll sanierte, großzügige Stadtwohnung, 70 qm

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss unseres Stadthauses von 1908. Wir haben es 2020 erworben und seitdem komplett liebevoll saniert. Es erwarten euch viel Platz durch geräumige Lebensbereiche, eine moderne Einrichtung, viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir hoffen, dass es euch gefällt und ihr bei eurem Aufenthalt Kraft und Energie tanken könnt. Weiterhin bietet die Stadt Quedlinburg viel Geschichte, Kunst und Kultur. Der Harz liegt direkt vor der Tür und lädt zum Entdecken ein.

Separate Unterkunft mit eigenem Bad

Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen (an der L63). Bushaltestelle ist 100 m vom Grundstück entfernt. Parken ist am Haus möglich. Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, Stadtzentrum in 20 min; mit dem Auto 15 min bis Dessau-Zentrum u. 20 min bis Köthen. Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.

Entspannter Urlaub für die Familie oder Freunde (6 Personen). Hab Spaß mit der ganzen Familie in dieser stilvollen Unterkunft. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Haus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Die "Birke" liegt im 1. Stock des Hauses und geht über 2 Etagen. Der 1400qm große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Gartenmöbel mit eigenem Sitzbereich und unsere neue Grill+ Feuerstelle laden zum Verweilen ein.
