Our beautiful family vacation condo is in Saugatuck/Douglas, MI, a charming small town nestled between South Haven and Grand Haven (approx. 15 min to Holland and 40 min to Grand Rapids). Two spacious decks with views of Lake Kalamazoo. Bring your fishing gear and fish steps away from the condo deck. Beyond the water is a peaceful, wooded bird sanctuary. The lake provides boat access to Lake Michigan. There is a public boat launch nearby. Oval and Douglas Beaches both about a mile from the condo.

Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic 3 bd/2 ba + lg bonus room, on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Zero steps to the beach, On Lake Michigan

You will not find a place with easier access from the house to the beach in Holland. Views of Big Red and the State Park from many rooms. Enjoy the most popular beach in Holland while having your private house & 200 feet of private water frontage. Watch the sunset over Lake Michigan from the screened porch or on the sandy front "yard". In chilly seasons flip a switch to turn on the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall from the modern cozy livingroom. Note: there are about 35 steps to the home.

Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space with panoramic views of Lake Michigan from every room in this stunning lake oasis. The home has new owners and the major renovations are completed in a modern, cozy style in every space! Located between South Haven and Saugatuck amidst many wineries & within two hours from Chicago. Stairs have been completed, but since there are 186 steps (improved since June 2024), they may be difficult for young kids and older folks. New hot tub too!
