River cabin 5 - private shoreline & the VIEWS!

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

Cottage, near Lake George & Saratoga & Adirondacks

nice view of Glen Lake (no access to the lake from the cottage) - close to Lake George Winter Carnival in February - kayak launch area 1/2 mile away on Glen Lake - close to Lake George beach & village (resort area) - close to Great Escape Amusement park - 30 minutes from famous Saratoga Racetrack (Belmont Special June 3-8) - excellent restaurants nearby & many great golf courses - foothills of Adirondacks, so close to great hiking trails, snowmobiling, & skiing downhill or cross country

White & Black Cottage

The White & Black Cottage is a cozy home within walking distance of downtown Glens Falls. There is a Cumberland Farms and a Stewart’s a block or two away for quick food items. Glens Falls has numerous wonderful restaurants and there is a notebook with many of the menus in the house. There are art galleries, LARAC, The Hyde and the Shirt Factory. Live music and theatre is available at the Wood Theatre, the Park Theatre and Strand Theatre. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, Owner is a Realtor

Saratoga Carriage House

Beautiful sunny carriage house on Saratoga's historic east side,with brick floors on the first floor, 4 skylight windows on the second floor . Stained glass windows, tons of wonderful character. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!

Cottage in the Woods built with our own hands!

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.

Cozy Adirondack Cottage in private 80 acre woods.

A Heavenly 80 acre wooded space for reconnecting with God and nature. Enjoy beautiful winter scenery, and sledding/snow tubing and hiking, with great views at the top of the private mountain. Clear views of the Milky Way and opportunity for astrophotography at night. Enjoy cultivated blueberry patch in the summer, bird watching in the meadow. 2 miles from the Great Sacandaga Lake, and about 30 min from West Mountain Skiing, Saratoga Springs or Lake George.

Carriage House Of Old Saratoga.

An original two story Carriage House with original beams nicely refurbished but staying true to its character. Lots of natural light with big windows. You will find two full renovated bathrooms, renovated kitchen, new leather couches new beds and mattresses, WiFi and peace and quiet in a bucolic rural setting yet just 10 minutes to Saratoga Race Track and equal distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. Both bedrooms upstairs. $75 per pet fee.
