2000 square feet and located on nearly an half acre of manicured wooded space. The yard backs up a stream and has 3 distinct levels: deck, pool, and green spacious yard. The kitchen has all amenities & we have indoor dining seating for 12. The living room seats 8. There’s lots of outdoor seating as well. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is open May 15th- October 1st. We are one exit up from Riverside and 9 miles from the Gathering Place. We are also on the exit of the brand new Tulsa Premium Outlets.

Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. The Tiny House - Cabin with Ponds on 40 Acres

The Tiny House at R&R Retreat is a rustic getaway situated on 40 private acres with 3 ponds (covering a combined 10+ acres!), lots of trails, wildlife, and tons of natural beauty, all conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Sapulpa (and historic Route 66!) and 25 minutes from Tulsa. This cozy geodesic dome has its own private nook overlooking our second pond. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our unique compost toilet for a truly memorable experience. Included in the dome is a mini fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee, along with bowls, utensils, and towels.
