Possui uma área social muito espaçosa, ideal para famílias e grupos de amigos, onde existe uma mesa de snooker. Muito próxima de várias praias e do centro de Vila Franca do Campo. Existem vários trilhos a começar nas proximidades da casa. Situada na costa sul da ilha de São Miguel, com fácil acessibilidade a Ponta Delgada.

As Casas da Chaminé são recuperação de uma casa tradicional antiga. Foram cuidadosamente criadas de forma a promover uma vivência em contexto rural em casa típica, num ambiente moderno e confortável. We live in Vila Franca do Campo for more than 30 years and we think this is the perfect town in the island to spend some relaxing holidays. Casa das Dias is a 1-bedroom house located in the historical center of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. We´re looking forward to hear from you!
