Our place is a pleasant 12-minute walk from the Reids Palace, 25-minute walk from Park Santa Catarina, 30-minute walk from the historic Cathedral for those who enjoy a relaxing pace, or a short 5-minute drive. This light-filled ground-floor flat, with a huge total private patio with partial ocean view, offers queen-size bed suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and an office. Two bathrooms: one private (with a shower) and one with a bathtub. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.

The Botanical Gardens are 10 mins walk away and there is a bus stop 30 seconds away, taking 5mins to the centre. 3 mins walk away there is a restaurant, Sesamo bakery & mini supermarkets. The Aerobus stop is also a few minutes walk away. Not suitable for children under 12 years and no pets allowed.
