This holiday condo, is a quiet one bedroom apartment with balcony, located in the peaceful pine tree forest that surrounds Praia da Falesia (Falesia Beach). Just 10 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve, famous for its red sandstone cliffs and golden sand. The condo has a swimming pool (used from May-October and special holidays) and green area. The apartment: - One bedroom with double bed, window and closet. Bed linen are included (Extra floor mattress can be supplied for additional two people). - One living room with sofa, dinner table, satellite TV. - Full equipped kitchen (including fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher) - Bathroom with bathtub - Balcony facing the swimming pool with table and chairs for your sunny meals - Swimming pool and garden open all year (swimming pool in use from May-October) The area: The apartment is located at Falesia, Algarve. Just 10 min walking to the beautiful beach of Falesia, with supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops within 5 min walk. This is a quiet place for a relaxing holiday. Although conveniently located within a 10 min drive from Albufeira and Vilamoura, with summer shops, bars and clubs, the pine tree forest is a low construction green area. The coast of Falesia beach is only occupied by Sheraton and Pine Cliffs luxury resorts. The beach is so long that it never gets overcrowded. The coastline and the surrounding countryside can be explored either on foot or by bicycle.

Situated in the southern- Spanish border with Portugal, the apartement is 40 min by car from Faro Airport and 1.2h from Sevilla Airport. Kindly note swimming pools are closed from October to April. Opening times might vary.

Our apartment is in the heart of Ria Formosa’s Natural Park, in the picturesque fishing village of Santa Luzia. It's located right next to the village center, a couple of minutes walking distance from the riverfront and with easy access to the award-winning beaches of Terra Estreita and Barril. It has a small balcony where you can have a meal, garage parking and pool access, along with a lovely vista over the village from building's rooftop.

Modern architecture in rural space, in fantastic country-side, but close to the beach - 7km from Tavira center, with excelent access to the house. The surroundings are full of nature, animals and plants, a big stream ends on the property. We prefer check in on saturdays (high season). Eventually we can ajust but need previous ok from us.

Our space is near to restaurants, shops, nightlife, oldtown, public transportation, and parks. But at the same time is locate in a very calm area. You will love this space because of the location, the views, the private pool with the surrounding green space. My space is good for families (with children) and large groups.
