Cute cottage at the quiet El Palmar's rural valley, just placed at the beginning of many paths to hike and enjoy nature. Near black sand beaches and historic villages at "Isla Baja", the secret of Tenerife. Two companies placed near the cottage offer you awesome outdoor activities (elcardon and tenoactivo). Many restaurants close to the house where you can taste local gastronomy. A grocery allows you to buy all you need, and local farmers offer you a nice organic veggies box (each Wed & Sat)

Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. Casa Juan

Casa Juan is a restored stone house, in front of the majestic Fortaleza Table Mountain....without any neighbors and a fantastic ocean view. If you looking for a nice quiet place, where you can escape from all the hustle & bustle to calm down and reset your Mind.....this is it...! The house is located on 850m over sea level, close to the national park, and there are many hiking trails next to it. It takes 35min down to the Beach at the Valle Gran Ray, with the car. A rental car is necessary!

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

🌿 Our little cottage is in a very remote Rural Park and Biosphere Reserve, far from nightlife, shopping areas, and tourist attractions. This is not a central location — it’s a place for real disconnection, silence, nature, and long mountain hikes. Please ask yourself if you’re more of a city or mountain person. Access is via a mountain road with many curves and steep elevation. If you value peace and isolation, you’ll feel right at home.

This rural home is the ideal place for those searching for a restful break in close proximity to nature.
