This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood right by the beautiful Ta' Cenc cliffs. A short walk to local shops and restaurants, and a short bus trip away from central Victoria (bus stops on our street).

The building formerly housed one of Malta's first photography studios in the mid 19th century and is beaming with history, natural light, grand features and timeless interior design. The property commands stunning views of the Santa Margerita Church and the scenic gardens, bastion walls and skyline of the 'Three Cities'.
