Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

Coveted South Island location for your New England beach vacation. Ample yard space for beach and ocean views! 3 min walk to sand, 5 min walk to restaurants & stores at the Island center; 3 min to Parker River Wildlife Refuge; 10 min drive to historic Newburyport. There are enough beds for the whole family to comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Fish from the sand, walk or bike the island, visit the Parker River Reserve, or enjoy the fantastic Newbury/Newburyport area with many dining options!

Parker River House Two Bedroom

This is a private two bedroom one bathroom second floor suite in the owner occupied Tudor style Parker River House. Minutes from downtown Newburyport, the train to Boston, The Governor’s Academy and many outdoor recreational opportunities, the unit overlooks the Parker River and the Great Marsh. It offers a seasonal sleeping porch, a luxurious marble bathroom, large outside deck with a dining table, in unit laundry, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Private entrance and adjacent parking.

Located within a 15 minute drive to downtown Rockport, Gloucester, Wingaersheek and Good Harbor Beaches. 30 minutes from Salem for Halloween fun!

Enjoy the best of Plum Island at this getaway walking distance from the beach and town center. 5 min walk to Newbury Beach. Central A/C. 3 full bedrooms and a private loft w/ king size bed. 2 full baths. Expansive private deck w/seating. Ample parking for 4-5 vehicles, including garage parking. Dry basement with addl rec space. Full washer dryer. Stocked kitchen with major appliances: stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, Vitamix, and pod coffee maker. Sheets and bath linens provided.

Pretty Cottage on Plum Island, Newbury MA

It's steps to the beach and the reservation. It's private, cozy and clean a great little apartment for relaxing by the sea or touring the area. It's also a quick trip to Maine, New Hampshire and Boston. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to chirping birds. Located next to the Blue Inn. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.

If the sounds of the ocean waves and the natural scent of the salt air is what you crave then look no further then our quiet cottage nestled in the sand dunes of Plum Island. We have great views of the protected dunes where you can experience beautiful sunrise and sunsets. We are lucky to have a very quiet location. There is almost no sound at night, just the sound of the ocean that will lull you to sleep and the wildlife off in the distance.
