Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey grandparent/ favorite auntie decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

Oceanfront Seaton Hall East-Stay Where You Play

Enjoy the beach without the crowds in this oceanfront beach cottage on Emerald Isle, with its own private boardwalk. With ocean views both inside and out, you can enjoy watching the sunrise while drinking your morning coffee or the sunset after a full day on the beach. With 5 beds and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. Fully furnished with linens, towles, wi-fi, & TV's in every room. Only 6 miles to all the island has to offer: fishing, dining, shopping, etc.

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)
