We are the descendants of an old San Mateo County pioneer family. We have been passed down and live on a 40 acre redwood forest, backed by 1000 acres of parkland. We would like to share our forest with you. Take a walk and learn of the history behind La Honda's Woodwardia Lodge built in 1913. Walk on private 150 year old logging trails at this historic getaway. Enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding Redwood forest. Cozy up in a 40' New 2024 RV. All proceeds go to restoring WJS Log Cabin.

The Airstream @ the Hacienda is the perfect getaway for anyone who is looking for peace and tranquility. Built in 1977, this modest 32’ Airstream rests on a ridge top that over looks the San Lorenzo Valley. It is not uncommon to witness a Redtailed Hawk flying overhead or a small band of Squirrels rustling in the trees. The Hacienda is centrally located and only 5 minutes to Ben Lomond town center, 10 minutes to Henry Cowell State Park & only 20 minutes to Santa Cruz.

Charming vintage trailer tucked away in our quiet backyard retreat. Walk to Palo Alto, Menlo Park. Close to Hwy 101, FB, etc. Trailer has lots of character with nice tree-lined neighborhood. Bed a bit smaller than a double size bed: private bath in home. We have 2 cats. If you have cat allergies, our trailer will not be the right place for your stay. Beautiful converted skooli with a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress, electricity, water, full kitchen with mini fridge/freezer, toaster oven, electric stove, sink, and water filter. This will be your own private space, with access to a private bathroom in the main house. You are also welcome to relax in the patio area, or star-gaze on the roof deck of the bus!

The Blackbird Bus
