The upper-level studio apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Daly City, with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. It’s a few minutes’ drive to Bart Station and Fort Funston Beach, and 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco. Uber, Bart You are renting the upper section of the house, the lower unit belongs to other Airbnb guests. Although I have done extensive upgrades on sound proofing between the two units, loud noise or heavy footsteps can still transfer and disturb guests from downstairs. Please be respectful to the space and other guests.

PLEASE NOTE- we live in a 3 story home and this unit is on the lower level of our home. Also available in a 2 bedroom, this suite features a spacious living room with a fire place, flatscreen TV & a kitchenette with most everything you will need to feel at home. A nice large bedroom with a quality queen bed & linens, a large bathroom with a double sink, tub and shower. The private entrance leads to a patio with stunning views and quiet space. Once you're settled, it's just a short stroll to watch the sunset from the beach.

Coastal Cottage Guest House

Guest house is attached to our primary residence but has a separate exterior entrance. The interior is separated by double doors that lock from both sides, similar to adjoining hotel rooms. The backyard is shared by us, the owners. There’s a very real chance you’ll be greeted by our friendly Australian Shepherd, Gracie, during your stay! You may see us in the yard during your stay. Feel free to say hi! Otherwise, we like to give our guests privacy.

Our place is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath unit with absolutely stunning views of the San Francisco coastline. From our deck, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge towers, beautiful Pacifica State beach with its many surfers, it is just a fabulously lovely view. We're the highest house on Pedro Point, so we've got the best views in the area! Please note that your total cost includes $100 for the cleaning fee which goes entirely to our housekeeper.
