This light and airy hideaway was designed and built by the host incorporating her own handiwork in art and furnishings. Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. There is plenty to do on site; barbecue, play corn hole or horseshoes have fun with games and cards kept in the hall, enjoy the pool and hot tub in the warm season. May to Sept. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local occupancy tax. Your cottage opens up to the pool area which maybe available during the summer months but not guaranteed as this pool is too deep for kids to stand in. There is also a hot tub open from March to Dec. So the key to open the pool is subject to conversation. The pool is shared with us. No parties please. This is a non smoking property. We love dogs but we can not allow pets brought in. We have a large dog and cats. We kindly ask for slow driving up and down driveway as the animals are slow to move as they own the space. These are accommodations you wont find at a hotel. We are not one, this is our home we are opening to share with you. We are next door most times if you have any questions otherwise we will respect your privacy. The guest house sits on three acres with the main house where the host lives with her husband. It is just one and a half miles to the freeway and town. Four minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. There are chickens, 2 baby gosts, and a rabbit on the property along with cats and a large dog, Jules, who is sure to greet you. The pool will be opened to guests that can swim only as the shallow end is quite deep. Opened when the temperature increases in the summer months. A cold pool is no fun to swim in. The hot tub is open in March to Dec. Contact hosts if plan to use.

Located on a dirt road,in the country on 2 1/2 acres,just minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Central Coast. This is a cozy space, with a coffee pot , microwave,tea pot, toaster, small fridge, t.v, wifi. Dogs are permitted with an addition $65 per pet fee. There is a large front yard fenced in for dogs to run around or your friends and family to relax, BBQ, and play corn hole. Our newest addition is a 7 person Hot Tub!

Welcome to the charming hidden town of Santa Margarita. It's a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown SLO and 20 min to Paso Robles or any of our beaches. Its a bit like Mayberry where kids can play in the streets. There is not one stop light in our little town and it is as safe as can be. The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for your pups. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and has a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful evenings.

Located in SLO's Old Town Historic District, featuring beautifully restored Victorian and Craftsman homes, this two bedroom Craftsman is less than a 5 minute walk to downtown shops/restaurants/nightlife. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for gourmet or casual cooking.
