Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. Casa Colina has an open floor plan of 1517 sq. ft. with enough space to hold up to 11 people on 6 beds, including a pull-out couch in the living room. Entertain in the backyard with the fire pit, flat-top grill, corn hole, and incredible night views of the LDS temple.

Enjoy views of the golf course from the backyard. Granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Guest bathroom has a tub and shower unit while the master bathroom has a tub and separate shower. The master bathroom has a king size bed while the guest bedrooms have queen sized beds. Peloton stationary bike in the living room.

This 200-square-foot space offers everything you need for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Small but mighty, it features a full bathroom, kitchenette, smart TV, dinette, sofa, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Located behind a home on a busy highway, the unit is quiet, convenient, private despite being nestled among other units. Plenty of parking and close to Chaco, Salmon Ruins, Bisti Badlands, and SunRay Casino.

Wildwood Cabin on the River

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. If you’re looking for a calm, peaceful place to be, then you found it. The Wildwood Cabin is nestled in a Bosque of cottonwoods on the banks of the Animas river. The “Wildwood cabin” was built in 2012 at the rivers edge of our small farm as a guest house. Enjoy the use of our park to fish from the river bank, picnic or just enjoy the river during your stay at the cabin.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Within walking distance to movie theatre, restaurants, aquatic center, trampoline park, as well as Rickett's park. Owner is not liable for any incidents regarding use of in-ground trampoline, pool or hot tub. Pool will be open Memorial Day-Labor Day (summer only). Hot tub is open Labor Day-Memorial Day (winter only).

The house is located near the college, the mall, and many places to eat. As far as geography, it is centrally located between Ship Rock, the San Juan River, Navajo Dam, Chaco Canyon, and Durango CO. There is much to explore just by doing day trips. The San Juan River boasts of the best fly fishing, and Navajo Dam is one of the biggest lakes in NM stretching into Colorado.
