The house is in a small village, so you’ll need to drive to the beach and nearby towns. We’re happy to recommend car rentals!

Villa Velanidia

Literally ten steps from the endless blue of the Aegean sea is this luxurious beachfront house for a relaxing vacation at Velanidia Koumeikon Marathokampou of Samos Island. The location is ideal if you enjoy privacy and exclusivity as well as if you enjoy busier environments in nearby Ormos, Kampos and Balos all within five to ten minutes driving. The house was recently renovated (2023) and is fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a living room. Ideal for four persons.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The newly build bungalow is located on top of the little hill Puntes and offers 180 degrees of oceanic view over the aegean sea, the turkish coast and the Boat Marina beneath. Just outside the bungalow is a beautiful terrace enabling you allocating your vacation outside. It offers shade for sitting outside and enjoying the terrific view. The private swimming pool ensuite causes a calm atmosphere, which will make your stay unforgettable.

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
