Rooms have an independent entrance from the yard which is important for safety considering the COVID19 situation. Rooms are equipped with a bathroom and Balconies. You can enjoy beautiful views of the river mountain Tetnuldi old Svanetian district with Svanetian towers and forest. There is a desk and chair in each room allowing guests to work online.

Built over 100 years ago by my great grandfather, this typical Svanetian house was abandoned for over 50 years before we decided to renovate and give a new life to it. The house is on two floors with a spacious living area, a vintage fireplace and fully functional kitchen on the ground level. Four renovated bedrooms on the second floor. Bathrooms on each floor. Double and single beds can accommodate up to 12 persons.
