It's an excellent starting point for exploring Salento, making short daily trips so you can enjoy a different place every day. Ideal for 2-3 people (a double bed and a fold-out single bed), it features air conditioning, a private bathroom, a large garden with barbecue, bed linens, a coffee machine, microwave, TV, washing machine, alarm system, mosquito nets, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, fenced parking with video surveillance and an automatic gate. Das Chalet liegt nur ca. 500 Meter vom feinen Sandstrand entfernt. Das gesamte Anwesen erstreckt sich über 3.500 qm, und es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum verweilen.

Al piano terra , inoltre,ci sono ampio soggiorno con pranzo e cucina . Piacevole giardino attrezzato con arredi da esterno in legno ( pranzo, dondoli, chaise longue, divani , amaca ) . Si può raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata , un centro commerciale e locali per la vita serale.
