The property, built in 1856, has housed many fishing families over the years and continues to be at the heart of the ‘fit o the toon’ community. The ground floor property offers easy outdoor access. A beautiful location, central, quiet and peaceful. This ground floor apartment in an historic landmark building (yellow in photos) looks onto the marina which provides an ever changing seascape. With a double bedroom and second twin bedroom this apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults. A cot can be added. No Sofabed. All you require for your stay is provided, including bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi. On street parking available in front of the apartment or the free carpark opposite.

Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
