Jägerhaus - Mountain Lodge on Private Estate

We've hosted lovely folks from all over the world since 2017 in our family home--and now, we embark on a renovation journey. Changes for 2/1/26 + New sleeping arrangement; double-bunk bed replaced with 1 King bed + House capacity changes from 10 to 8 + Upgrading living room sofas and chairs + Repainting 3 rooms This is just the start of a broader vision we expect to complete by 2028. Peaceful Studio Apartment

Relax & unwind at the Peaceful Studio. Located in the quaint town of Whitewood in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. The studio has a queen size bed, twin sofa sleeper, full bathroom, large closet, dining area, kitchen and patio. Basic toiletries & cookware are provided. A smart TV has Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus. Located within walking distance from the historic Bullwacker’s Saloon & Steakhouse and Oak Park, where you can spot wildlife including deer or turkey, and hike an easy trail.

The Charming White Cottage

Enjoy your stay in Spearfish at our cozy, 1 bedroom cottage. It is perfect for a couples get away or for someone looking to explore the beautiful Black Hills. Downtown Spearfish and Spearfish Creek are within walking distance to enjoy the bike path and great eateries. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, complete with a memory foam mattress, and walks out to the front porch. Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Harley Court Loft

Cozy loft in the Lead, SD. Moments from downtown, but secluded. Minutes to outdoor activities, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, or snowmobiling. Winter months, all wheel / 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must!! Close to restaurants, brew pub, and night life!! Kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, (with pans), and small frig. The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. Not kid proof. No pets accepted.

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

Swisher Farmhouse at Granny Flats

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
