Uninterrupted power is provided by our newly installed solar system. The home is a spacious 3-bedroom house featuring a large open-plan kitchen and lounge area. Unit 30, is a modern unit, situated in a tranquil family orientated complex located in a world heritage site and is frequented by hippo and other wildlife . The property has free shaded parking, an outdoor pool , squash court, tennis court, kid’s playground, laundry facilities, barbeque facilities and a private viewing jetty located on the St Lucia Estuary. Please note: we are not suitable for adults only groups wishing to consume large volumes of alchol and play loud music.
