We built this 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home as if it was our residence, with new central air conditioning w/UV filter, top quality furnishings, beds, linens, towels, Weber BBQ, dual fridges, custom cabinets and new appliances. Also the grocery store is just blocks away & there is a running and bike trail that follows the Snake River. We also have a sandbar to swim in the river with a diving board but No Lifeguard. Enjoy your stay in a unique airplane hangar that is available to fly in to store your airplane inside and relax in a suite attached to the hangar. . A fantastic location to fly in to. It is close to Island Park, 1 hr from W.Yellowstone, 1 hr from Jackson Hole depending on traffic and our famous sand dunes located 5 minutes away. This is a Wonderful House for a Family visiting The Saint Anthony Sand Dunes; their student at BYUI; Traveling to Yellowstone, or Island Park. It is a Great area to Explore. We are located just 8 miles from Rexburg and a few Miles from the Sand Dunes. You will have a nice view of a farmers field and the Idaho Sunsets. You will be located in a wonderful Country Community. There are neighbors on both sides, but a nice view looking out.
