Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 4 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

All of this and still less than 11 miles to Redmond (think Microsoft), 26 miles to Seattle downtown. Winter skiing and summer alpine hiking are only 20 to 50 miles away.

We invite you to come the lovely City of Sammamish near Bellevue and Redmond. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Enter to a large living area with a wall of windows backing up to a hidden forest. This property offers two primary bedrooms. Plenty of space for entertaining both inside and out. Downstairs has fun game room. Lots of privacy. We have video doorbell called The Ring - we only monitor the outdoors with this security camera. RV parking available upon request.
